Return Policy
- We provide a standard 2 years manufacturer warranty.
- Deposits on our Pre-Order items are non-refundable after 48 hours of order.
- Any delays related to sea shipping are out of our responsibilities.
- Deposits on our In-Stock Models are fully refundable prior to delivery within 48 hours of order time.
- If you wish to cancel after 48 hours of purchase & you didn't receive the item yet; there will be a %15 booking fee.
- If you are not happy with your furniture purchase, You can return the item within 7 days of possession; re-select another model with a 25% restocking fee or return the product with a 30% restocking fee.
- A prior notice is required if you need help to move your old items, and an extra charge will be applied.
- Please ensure your driveway and walkways are cleared to accept the delivery (i.e. snow & ice). As well please clear the path inside your home to the area where your purchase is to be placed.
